Leadership Ateliers Lisbon and Berlin
Leadership Ateliers is a small, boutique training event tailored to emerging and future design leaders that have recently jumped from an IC role to a leadership position (or are looking at that promotion soon). You can take multiple classes and workshops to learn to become a better leader and get to meet 70+ other early design leaders to share your journey with. Design Leadership Retreat 2025
This boutique learning retreat takes place at the beautiful Freigeist Hotel Northeim, located right in the middle of a peaceful forest. Over three days, a small group of design leaders will explore the Design Leadership Framework, work on their own challenges, and have the chance to connect with like-minded peers in similar roles.
